Q. How do I apply?

A.Once you have decided on the property, we will send you a link to register your account. 

You will need to submit the application form, contract and finish the payment via the link.


The identity verification documents should be those of the resident who knows your face photo and address.
 

Q.When is the application deadline?

A. 3 days after the application form issued, and please kindly note that  we are making proposals for many people, the room may be filled.
In addition, the rooms we can guide you are limited in the day before or on the day , so please apply as soon as possible.

Q.What is necessary for identity verification documents?

A. Please send us your passport or driver's license with your current address and photo. You can use a combination of your passport and insurance card.

Q.How can I pay?

A.Basically, you can pay by credit card via Paypal. We also accept bank transfers for corporate contracts.

Q.If the PCR test is positive, can I cancel it?

A. If the PCR test is positive, you will be charged 10% of the total usage amount as a cancellation fee.

Q.What will you do if my flight is delayed?

A.A. It is possible to stay within the contract period. An extension is required to spend the isolation period.

Q.Can I change my reservation?

A.Basically, it cannot be changed. It is possible to change it with an additional charge, but please contact us once as it depends on the availability.

Q.Can I extension my reservation?

A.If there is a vacancy during the specified period at the time of requesting extension, it can be extended. If you let us know at least 7 days in advance, we can guide you to other rooms. Depending on availability, it may be possible even if the day is near

A.We have a cancellation policy below. Subject to change depending on the situation.
